Return of goods
General policy: if you want to return an article during the period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchasing, you may do it by sending the articles to the following address:

Indicating if you want to exchange the article for another one or if it is to enter in the book of balance as a deposit. This deposit is completed the same way as the purchase was effected.
The client will be responsible for the costs of sending the returned articles, please pay attention to the fact than if you decide to return the proper articles to us we are authorized to charge you the costs we may suffer because of transfer fees.
The return of articles should be done with all of the elements provided with it, including packing and instructions in some cases.
The exchange and return of products are not admitted if the products are not in the same conditions as they were received or if they were used for more than opening the product.
For any other exchange or return outside Spain, Liza Bebe will pay the return quantity the same way as the payment of the order was made. If you want a new size or color the new order should be done.
Return of defective products
In cases when it is considered that the product does not adjust to the stipulated in the contract at the moment of delivery you should contact us immediately to lizabebe.bcn@gmail.com facilitating the dates of the product and the damage it has suffered.

We will carefully examine the returned product and communicate to you by e-mail during the reasonable period if the return or substitution of product is proceeded (in its case).
The quantities paid for those products returned because of any fault or defect, when it really exists, we will refund you the money totally including the costs of delivery you incurred to return the products to us. The return will be done the same way as the purchase was effected.
Delivery of goods
Delivery to the address. Home or to the address you choose
You will receive the parcel directly at the address you have indicated to us. It can be your home address, your second residence or place of work. If you are not in at the moment, they will communicate by the telephone that you give us when making an order.
